A full-scope women's health practice is seeking an REI Specialist to help develop a new service line in their Upper East Side, Manhattan office.

About the Opportunity:

• 100% Outpatient Woman's Health Private Practice
• Standard Monday - Friday
• Flexible Hours (Office open 8-6pm)

Responsibilities:

• Establish clinical protocols, credentialing requirements, and operational workflows for the new REI service line
• Oversee service line performance, manage REI staff and vertical operations, and ensure financial targets are met
• Coordinate internally with team members on laboratory workflows, equipment needs, and staff training for fertility treatments
• Work with internal teams to develop referral strategies and build relationships with referring physicians within the practice network
• Monitor clinical outcomes, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure adherence to fertility treatment standards and protocols

Qualifications:

• NYS Medical License
• BC in OB/Gyn
• Additional Training in REI
• Authorization to work in the United States
