A hospital is seeking Cardiologist coverage.

The facility is located in Hattiesburg, MS.

The cardiologist will serve as second backup for 24-hour call coverage, maintaining onsite presence for 8 hours daily to cover both inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services. Responsibilities include managing approximately 30 patients per day, handling an average of 3 phone consultations per 24-hour period, and overseeing 3 admissions. The clinician will work collaboratively with one APP clinician for support and must maintain board certification in cardiovascular diseases. The position requires prescriptive authority and involves comprehensive cardiovascular care delivery.
