Reason for Coverage: Loss of provider

Locum Period: No call required

Permanent Placement: Call expected

• Call Schedule: 1 week every 68 weeks

• Call Ratio: 1 week every 68 weeks

Physicians: 7

APPs: 6

Outpatient: 25 patients per day

Inpatient (Call/Rounding): 20 patients per day

Oncology Outpatient Setting

Oncology Inpatient Setting

Participation on Tumor Board

Management of Bone Marrow Transplants

Blood Bank involvement

Order tests and imaging

Prescribing responsibilities

Chemotherapy Administration: Nurse Oncologist

EMR: EPIC

Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology Required

Active South Carolina license (will accept providers needing to obtain) Required

BLS & DEA Required

Clean background required for emergency temps Required
