Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to lead a team of four providers at the expanding Providence Ensign Family Medicine clinic in Olympia, Washington. • Experienced family medicine physician looking for a great entry leadership opportunity.
• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible
• Outpatient care only

• Option to due procedures such as, Nexplanon, IUDs, skin biopsies, joint injections, and prenatal care.
• Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
• Team based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
• Patient-centered medical home
• Residency precepting and teaching (optional)
• Compensation is between $304,209 and $330,915 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
