Board Certified: Required
License: Active Iowa License or Active IMLC (LOQ required at name clear)
Availability: Full-time Required
Experience: Required (not open to new grads)
EMR: EPIC

Schedule & Workload

Patient Contact Hours: 36 hours/week
Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
Clinic Days: MondayFriday
Shifts per Month: 1.0 FTE
Procedure/OR Days: Scheduled based on OR availability
Call: Included in call schedule
Inpatient Coverage: Yes (Hospital)
Clinic Coverage: Clive clinic location
Daily Clinic Volume: 30+ patients/day
Appointment Length: 15 minutes

Physician:Nurse Ratio: 1:1
Ancillary Staff per Provider: 1:1
Exam Rooms per Provider: 23
Services Available:
- All ENT procedures offered in-practice
- Medical imaging available in building (not inside clinic)
- Lab and pharmacy in building (not inside clinic)
Teaching Opportunities: Yes
Patient Population: Central Iowa (Boone County, Indianola, Pleasant Hill, and outreach areas)

Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
Call shared within department
OR scheduling coordinated with hospital availability
