Active California Medical License REQUIRED
Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pediatric Endocrinology
BE acceptable if early career and within the allowed timeframe to sit for boards

Epic EMR experience REQUIREDExperience

Minimum 2 years clinical experience

Assignment Details

Start Date: ~ January 1, 2026 (TBD); ongoing need
Number of Positions: 2
Schedule: Week-on coverage model
Half-day clinic
Inpatient rounding (Hospital, NICU, PICU)
24/7 telephone call coverage

Locums-to-Perm opportunity availableWorkload & Expectations

Clinic Volume: Flexible. Goal = -day clinic daily; video visits allowed.
Callback Volume: Low.
Historically multiple providers + fellows; now one locum per day, so minimal callbacks anticipated.

Typical Procedures

Insulin pump management
Continuous glucose monitoring management
Supervision of infusion center performing stim testing and endocrine tests
