Job Description

Locums: A well-known hospital system is looking for locum Pediatric Hospitalist call coverage in Roseburg, Oregon.
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatrician
  • Dates of coverage needed: 1/30 (4-hour orientation in the am), 2/2am-2/8am
  • 24-hour call with 8 hours of rounding
  • Call back is minimal
  • Inpatient level 1-2 nursery and ED setting
  • Duties: ED consults, rounding on inpatient peds and newborns in family birth center, stabilize and transfer critical patients
  • Required procedures: lumbar punctures, intubations, umbilical lines, neonatal resuscitation
  • Active OR license, DEA, and clean malpractice highly preferred
  • Local candidates highly preferred
  • Competitive hourly rate, mileage and malpractice provided
