• 12-hour shifts with primarily night shifts available
• 10 - 25 patients per 12-hour shift
• 4 - 10 deliveries per 12-hour shift
• 3 - 5 gynecology emergency calls per 12-hour shift
• 0 - 2 gynecology surgeries per 12-hour shift
• Three shift types: OB emergency department, OB laborist, flex OB
• OB call deliveries, c-sections, and gynecology emergencies required
