Schedule: Normal business hours 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (one onsite preferred)
Call: Evenings and weekends
Coverage Type: On-site for day shifts; teleradiology used for nights, evenings, and weekends
Shift Flexibility: Seeking candidates comfortable with days, evenings, nights, and weekend diagnostic coverage

Work Details

Practice Setting: Hospital (not high-volume trauma)
Average Daily Census: Not specified
Support Staff: 24% physician, 5% APP; each site has radiology managers, techs, and nurses
IR Suites: Dedicated and up-to-date with current technology
Modalities: CT, MR, PET, US
Procedures: ER-style reads (focus on CT and Neuro studies)
Patient Population: Adult
Reason for Need: Coverage gaps due to expansion
EMR: EPIC
PACS: Change / McKesson

Requirements

Board Certification: Not required if within 2 years of residency
Licensure:
Missouri and Kansas preferred
Willing to license
IMLC accepted (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact)

Experience Level: General Radiology with comfort reading ER cases
