Locums OB Hospitalist | Dover, Ohio(Willing to License IMLC Accepted)Position OverviewSeeking two Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physicians to provide inpatient and outpatient coverage in Dover, Ohio.This is an urgent need with a flexible locums schedule (12 weeks per month).IMLC candidates accepted with LOQ in hand.Assignment Details

Start Date: January 5, 2026
Number of Positions: 2
Setting: Hospital and outpatient clinic
Beds: 150 total; 6 Labor & Delivery beds
Schedule: Combination of onsite/clinic coverage and 24-hour call
Frequency: 12 weeks per month
Daily Rate: Includes 8 hours onsite plus beeper call at night
Weekend Call: 24-hour call rate
EMR: Epic

Patient Volumes

Outpatient Visits: 1520 per day
Deliveries: 12 per day (approximately 5060 deliveries per month)
Patient Age Group: Adults

Responsibilities & Procedures

Manage Labor & Delivery, including high-risk obstetric cases
Perform C-sections
Conduct GYN surgeries (laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures)
Provide both inpatient and outpatient care
Collaborate with support staff including nurses and midwives

Requirements

Board Certification: OB/GYN (BC/BE accepted)
Licensure: Active Ohio medical license and DEA required
- IMLC accepted with LOQ in hand
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, DEA required
Experience: Must have clean background
Preferred: Local candidates
