Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
Patient Population: All ages or 18+
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
EMR: eClinicalWorks
Patient Volume: 20 per day (goal)
APP Supervision: Yes
Call: None (covered by answering service)
Optional 7-day phone-only call = $1,000/week
Phone triage only (direct to ER or advise, document in EMR)
Board Certified Required
Active Georgia License required

Incentives & Compensation

Salary Range: $250,000$400,000 (based on production and experience)
6-month guarantee, then production model (based on visits and volume)

Longevity Bonus: Up to $100,000 for 4 years of service
Preceptorship: $500 per rotation (optional teaching opportunity)
Work with FM Residents and Med Students from PCOM, Mercer, AU, and Morehouse

Short-Term Disability: 31-day exclusion, $700/week for 22 weeks (employer paid)

Employer: 2% discretionary contribution + match up to 3%
