Job Description

Locum Tenens RadiologistLocation: Scranton, PennsylvaniaStart Date: November 17, 2025Duration: OngoingSchedule & Availability
  • Daily Coverage: 8 hours/day
  • Shift Window: Any 8-hour block between 7:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Frequency: Full-time preferred; 12 weeks/month accepted
  • Call: None
  • Setting: Onsite only
  • Workload: ~100 studies per shift
Clinical Scope
  • Type: General Radiology
  • Modalities: MR, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography
  • Setting Mix: Inpatient, ED, and Outpatient
  • Mammo-Only Candidates: Accepted (12 weeks/month)
  • IR/Vascular Work: Not required (IR doc onsite)
  • Nuclear Medicine-Only Candidates: Not accepted
Credentials & Requirements
  • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible Required
  • Fellowship: Required
  • Licensure: Active PA license or IMLC Required
  • Certifications: ABLS, BLS Required
  • EMR Systems: Athena & Cerner
