• Monday to Friday schedule -- 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with optional night and weekend call
• 1-3 admissions during night call -- quieter from 12 am to 6 am
• Inpatient psychiatric facility with five rehabilitation units
• Five providers sharing admission duties
