Cardiac Anesthesia Job in Los Angeles

Private Los Angeles group is seeking to add an experienced, board-certified, cardiac fellowship-trained anesthesiologist . Position entails both general and cardiac anesthesia.

The Practice:

• Private 1099 anesthesia group in Los Angeles is seeking to add a fellowship-trained cardiac anesthesiologist
• Position entails both general and cardiac anesthesia
• See 5-10 open hearts per month and 5-10 cath lab procedures requiring TEE advanced certification
• Ideal candidate is an experienced, board-certified, cardiac fellowship-trained anesthesiologist
• Practice from one hospital and 2 surgery centers
• 15 anesthesiologists in the group with no CRNA supervision
• Two cardiac-trained anesthesiologists are currently in the group
• Cardiac call, only, no general
• Facilities include 6 ORs, including 1 dedicated to cardiac, 2 cath labs and one interventional radiology suite
• No OB, trauma, transplants, and rare pediatric cases
• 1099 position with a generous salary
• Full financial partnership participation available in year one with no buy-in
• Full voting partnership participation starting in year 2
• 3 weeks paid PTO (rare for a 1099 position)
