Call Schedule: Rotated call, every 7-8 weeks. Phone call only.

Compensation: $235,000 - $250,000 based on experience

Additional Info: Live and work by the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and Indian River Lagoon in a safe and supportive community with a great school system and wonderful amenities, including the arts, sports, restaurants, community festivals, and events!DETAILS:- Start in our brand new, recently opened clinic!- The Lead Medical Provider, under the direct supervision of the CMO, shall help supervise all aspects of medical patient care services- Assist the CMO in implementing, reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider workflow planning, and provider scheduling- Complete peer reviews and evaluations for medical providers- Complete patient notes/administrative duties (8 admin hours given per week)- Leadership and supervisory experience required
