Primary Care Physician – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

A stable and growing primary care group with over 60 offices across Florida is seeking experienced Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our team. This is an outpatient-only position with no weekend or late hours, offering a great work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient setting with Monday–Friday hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• No call requirement, unless desired (extra pay offered)
• Average patient load of 20-22 patients per day
• Predominantly geriatric patient population (80%)
• Locations across Florida, with a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Expertise in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS coding
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, not mandatory
• Active Florida medical license required
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of attending physicians, establish treatment protocols and provide comprehensive care
• Evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patient progress
• Focus on geriatric patient care, with an emphasis on managing chronic conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary starting at $250,000+
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to specific metrics
