• Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• Average 9 cases per day -- adults only
• 30-minute consults, 15-minute follow-ups
• Call coverage may include one weekend per month
• EMR: EPIC
• Mohs fellowship required
• Option for solo coverage or job share with another provider
