Clinical Role:

• Seeking a provider with:

• Minimum 2 years of Urgent Care experience, or

• 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience

• Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

• Must be comfortable with:

• Orthopedic procedures (splinting)

• Wound care

  Procedural Skills Required (Please confirm at submission):

• Suturing, wound care, and I&Ds

• Splinting

• X-Rays and EKGs

• Drawing blood and starting IVs

• Working independently

• Pediatrics

Scheduling:

• Urgent care hours: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM

• Minimum: 3 shifts per month

• Seeking part-time (6+ shifts/month) or full-time (12+ shifts/month)

Patient Volume & Support:

• 34 patients/hour

• Support staff includes medical assistants and radiology techs

• EPIC EMR

• 13 providers per site/day

Clinical Scope:

• Cold/flu, rashes, minor lacerations and burns, sprains, orthopedic complaints

• Basic procedures, anything high acuity referred to local ER
