• 12-hour day shifts 7am - 7pm with APP night coverage
• 8 - 15 patients per day
• Telehealth intensivist support available during night shifts
• Required skills: central lines, arterial lines, intubations, bronchoscopy
• Additional procedures: thoracentesis, paracentesis, HD catheter placement
