The facility is located in Contra Costa county, California.
This MondayFriday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. clinic position involves seeing 1821 adult patients daily for primary care, including chronic and acute conditions, wellness checks, and diabetes and hypertension management. The provider will be supported by a full MA staff, with additional APPs and MDs onsite.
