Opportunity Highlights

• Prefer 2025 availability
• Full-time is a 4-day clinical workweek; part-time is a 3-day clinical workweek
• Joining 1 FM physician, 1 FNP, and 1 LCSW
• Outpatient-only setting with shared telephone call

Recruitment Package

• $255,000 base salary with bonus potential
• $25,000 Sign-on Bonus
