• Flexible shifts: 8 am - 7 pm, 10 am - 8 pm, 5 pm - 10 am, or 9 pm - 10 am
• Minimum 7 shifts per month with flexible scheduling
• 15 - 18 patient encounters per shift
• Average daily census of 30 patients at 8 am
• 16-bed pediatric intensive care unit
• Patient age range 0 - 21 years, primarily 0 - 18
