• Board certified or truly board eligible IM/FM physician

• Locum assignment: October 2025 start, 3 months to start with potential extension

• Option for a 6-month contract if preferred

• Outpatient only; primarily adult patients (minimal pediatrics if willing)

• No APP support must be comfortable working autonomously

• Fast-paced practice focusing on chronic disease management

• Must have 1+ years of outpatient experience post-training

• MondayFriday, 8am5pm

• 1-hour unpaid lunch

• 36 patient-facing hours + 4 admin hours/week

• Average 16+ patients per day

• EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation
