Primary Care Physician needed for a Long-Term Care facility in Columbia, South Carolina.
- BC or BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Looking to refill a position left by a retiring doc
- Full-time Monday - Friday 8a - 5p; No Call and No Weekends
- Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health Facility
- Will see Adults only
- Duties include - Admission Duties, Daily Patient Management, and Care Coordination
- Great support teamand Psychiatrist on site for ALL Mental Health cases
- Active SC license, DEA
