• Credentialing:30 days,Emergency privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certification:Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (05 years post-residency) in Nephrology
• Certifications:Active Colorado DEA
• Licensure:Active Colorado license or IMLC with active LOQ
