Locums Opportunity Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: Antigo, WisconsinStart Date: ASAPAssignment Type: OngoingSchedule & CoverageOpen to flexible scheduling and availability discussions Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes Call Ratio: Open/flexibleClinical Scope Typical visits: well-child exams, adult wellness, acute/urgent care, routine follow-ups EMR: Epic Admissions: Required Assigned/Unassigned rounding: Yes Trauma Level: IVLicensing & Certifications
- Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM (or as agreed)
- Call Requirements:
- 1 weekend/month (FridaySunday) preferred
- 1 weekday call/week (7:00 AM7:00 AM) shared with 3 other FPs
- Outpatient primary care for patients from pediatrics to adults
- OB management preferred (C-section not required)
- OB care adjusted around clinic schedules
- FP on-call (with OB skills) may manage deliveries during 24-hour call
- License: Active Wisconsin license or IMLC accepted
- Board Eligibility: Required
- Certifications:
- NRP Required
- ACT 10: Acceptable
