Assignment Details:Start Date: August 1, 2025Contract Length: 1 yearCoverage: Full-time monthly coverage neededCredentialing Timeframe: 4560 days

Schedule & Call:Clinic Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PMCall: Inpatient call every 3rd week (1 in 3 rotation, including weekends)Practice Setting: Hospital-based Cancer CenterPatients Per Day: Approximately 15Patient Population: Adults, age 18+

Support Staff:Includes Nurses, CMAs, and APPs

Licensure & Certifications Required:West Virginia Medical License Required (Willing to license)Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology RequiredOncology Fellowship RequiredDEA RequiredBLS and ACLS Required

Experience Required:Minimum of 35 years in Hematology/Oncology

Procedures & EMR:Special Procedures: Bone marrow biopsyEMR System: Cerner
