This position combines advanced clinical work, academic involvement, and leadership opportunityideal for a motivated EP specialist ready to grow within a collaborative and well-supported environment.Position Highlights:

Full-time, employed EP opportunity
MondayFriday schedule, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
Shared call (2:1 ratio) with another EP
Travel between multiple practice locations
Inpatient and outpatient cardiac EP care
Supported by a highly skilled clinical and administrative team

Clinical Scope:

Full range of EP procedures: pacemaker/defibrillator implants, left- and right-sided ablations
APP support for inpatient rounding
Work alongside experienced EP physicians, CVT surgeons, and subspecialists
Strong referral streams and robust patient volume
Engage in care at a Level I Trauma Center with advanced cardiac and stroke programs

Academic & Leadership Opportunities:

Teaching and mentorship involvement with 200+ residents and 30 fellows
Potential for leadership within the EP program
Participate in high-acuity, multidisciplinary care settings
Teaching hospital with research and clinical education resources

EMR & Administrative Support:

Current EMR: Cerner
Transition to Epic planned for late 2025early 2026
Strong operational support and program infrastructure

Requirements:

Fellowship-trained in Cardiac Electrophysiology
Board Certified/Board Eligible in EP
Eligible for Michigan medical licensure
