Family Medicine Physician Saratoga Springs, NYOutpatient-Only | Up to $100K in Bonuses | Flexible SchedulingWe are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in beautiful Saratoga Springs, New York. This full-time, permanent opportunity offers flexible scheduling, minimal call, and a strong support system in a collaborative, physician-led environment.Position Overview:

Full-time outpatient position with a 4- or 5-day workweek (40 hours/week, 34 clinical hours)
Call rotation: ~1 in 70 days, phone-only, with RN triage as first contact
Telemedicine coverage: 23 hours on occasional weekends (every 3 months)
No in-office weekend hours
Average 1824 patients/day
Care for patients of all ages
Work within a multidisciplinary care team including APPs
Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and NP/PA learners
Use EPIC EMR for documentation
Optional roles in hospital medicine or administrative leadership

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified in Family Medicine (no lapsed certifications)
Active NY license (or ability to obtain)
Not open to 1099 arrangements, visa sponsorship, or long-distance commuting

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience and training)
$75,000 starting bonus paid in the first paycheck
$25,000 retention bonus at the start of year two
