This position offers a well-supported clinical environment, flexible scheduling, and optional involvement in teaching or administrative roles.Clinical Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum primary care for all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics)
Manage chronic conditions, acute care needs, and preventive screenings
Collaborate with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Participate in a light call rotation supported by RN triage
Flexible schedule options available (preference for full-time with shared call)

Candidate Requirements:

Board Certified in Family Medicine OR dual certified in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics

Timeline for Board Certification (e.g., within 3 years)

Active NY medical license or willingness to obtain Required
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience Required
Clean malpractice and license history Required, no exceptions
