Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist Tampa, FloridaRecruitWell is seeking board-certified Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens assignment in Tampa. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-volume setting with a supportive team and no call or weekend requirements.Position Details:
  • Location: Tampa, FL
  • Assignment Dates: June 15 September 30
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
  • Minimum Commitment: Full-time coverage
  • Privileges: Emergency privileges available for a quick start
  • Facility Size: 221 beds
  • EMR: Epic (training offered every Tuesday)
  • Case Volume: Approx. 1,500 cases/month
  • OB Deliveries: Approx. 300/month
  • Case Types: Broad mix excluding trauma and transplants
  • Work Model: 50% supervision, 50% own cases
  • Staffing: 85 CRNAs and 30 MDs
  • Call/Weekends: None required
Requirements:
  • Active Florida medical license
  • Board Certification in Anesthesiology
  • DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
