OB/GYN Opportunity - Flexible Schedule and Team Support

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based clinic with an integrated team approach
• 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio to ensure efficient patient care
• Two exam rooms and one procedure room; equipped with Meditech Expanse EMR and Freed AI-based documentation software
• Work alongside family physicians, a midwife, and other specialists

Physician Schedule and Call Coverage

• 4-day work week with flexible start/end times
  • 1 in 3 rotation for C-sections with 1 in 6 rotation for OB deliveries
  • Options for 7-on/7-off schedule with travel stipend
  • Potential to adjust to a two-clinic-day schedule depending on provider preference

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $350,000-$400,000, with additional incentives based on experience
  • Sign-on bonus up to $50,000
  • $15,000 for non-clinical duties such as PA oversight
