A healthcare organization is currently seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to provide Per Diem locum coverage for obstetrical care and labor and delivery support. This position offers 12 or 24-hour shifts with a flexible schedule, including weekdays and weekends.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Flexible (weekdays & weekends)
• Shifts: 12-hour or 24-hours

Responsibilities:

• Providing 24-hour call coverage for obstetrics-related emergencies
• Working office hours for routine obstetrical care and gynecological exams
• Managing labor and delivery responsibilities, including collaboration with the hospitalist team
• Participating in daily L&D huddle reports
• Handling patient emergencies and concerns from the office staff during off-hours
• Documenting all calls and patient results in Epic
• Reviewing and signing off on patient results, ensuring follow-up care as necessary

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in OB/GYN care
• M.D. / D.O., Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Board Certification in OB/GYN
• Experience with Labor & Delivery Management
• Proficiency in Epic EMR
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage high-stress situations effectively
