• $550k base + $75k sign-on ($37.5k at 30 days and $37.5k at 1 year)
• Approximately 36 in-house calls and 36 home calls/year with CRNA support
• All general B&B procedures - no high-risk neonates
• 6 weeks of PTO plus 2 weeks of CME, full health and retirement benefits
• 501(c)(3) eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
• $10K relo if moving from out of state
