The facility is located north of Springfield, Massachusetts.

The schedule for this position is 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. This role requires daytime coverage only, with no call coverage needed. The facility uses the EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system, and CRNAs are supervised. Case types include general surgery, plastics, endoscopy, and OB/GYN, with no cases involving eyes or transplants. There are six operating rooms and two endoscopy suites, supported by a team of 11 MDs and three CRNAs.
