• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• BLS and NRP required
• 22 deliveries per month, 18 - 22 patients per day in clinic
• Covering OB and GYN in the clinic & then being on call for OB deliveries, no GYN surgeries
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
