This is a full-time, employed position offering the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in expanding neurosurgical services in the Greater Phoenix area.Practice Highlights:Full-time, hospital-employed opportunityClinic/OR schedule: 23 days per week eachCall responsibilities: 710 days per month164-bed acute care hospital with comprehensive obstetrics, emergency services, advanced robotics, orthopedic procedures, and cardiovascular care.Dedicated Physician Assistant support (one per attending via shared pool)Backed by a seasoned Service Line Director focused on neurosurgery program growthCollaborative team that includes:

• 1 experienced neurosurgeon
• 7 hybrid neurologists (outpatient & inpatient)
• 1 interventional neurologist
• 1 orthopedic spine surgeon
