Monday -Friday40 hours a week8am-5pm

-No hospital call only office; night call for the clinic, 1:4

-18 patients per day

-All ages

-APP support

SUBMISSION (Presentation ) REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified -Required
• Active PA license -Highly preferred
• Local-Highly preferred
• BLS, ACLS-Required
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine -Required
• 25K perm cap-Required
