An FQHC in Pennsylvania is seeking a Family Practice Physician with 2+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting to provide quality patient care in an idyllic small town with easy access to Lake Erie. Start ASAP!

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Friday; 8a - 5p

• Starting as soon as credentialed for a 6 month assignment

• No call, no nights, no weekends

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient clinic

• 2 patients per hour on average

• Support from a designated Medical Assistant, and LPNs

Requirements:

• Board-certified in Family Medicine 

• BLS and DEA certifications required

• Licensed in Pennsylvania

Cases and Procedures:

• Primary Care and chronic case management
