Join our team for the 2024 year to help cover multiple maternity and paternity leaves. You will be supported by a dedicated staff with flexibility in the assignment length. California offers a multitude of recreational opportunities, along with mild weather and experiences for you to enjoy. 

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine  
• CA license required 
• DEA certification required 
• Women’s health experience is preferred, but not required 

Schedule:

• March - November assignment length with flexibility 
• Multiple providers needed 
• Open to 6 weeks of coverage, 3 months or all 9 months
• Schedule options include 8 AM-5 PM OR 9 AM-6 PM w/ 1-hour lunch and admin time scheduled within the daily slots 

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient position with no call
• Procedures include wellness checkups, some complex cases, medication management, immunizations, women's services, nexplanon insertions, removals, and office visits
  • Includes knee injections, toenail removals, shoulder injections

Support Staff:

• Full, dedicated 1:1 support staff including FNP,  MAs, and care coordinators
• EPIC charting is utilized

• California offers a cultural scene with festivals, art galleries, and music venues year-round
• The city offers a mild climate, with pleasant weather year-round, ideal for outdoor activities
• Oakland is located in close proximity to San Francisco, providing easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment options
