We are assisting an independent, physician-led, multi-specialty practice seeking a Urologist.This is an employed position within a large non-profit organization serving west-central Minnesota and eastern North Dakota.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established urology practice and work in tandem with a team of 1 Urologist" 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Primary service area supporting a population of 70,000 with outreach opportunities available
• Board certification preferred/board eligibility required
• 2-year partnership track
• Independent, multispecialty medical group that provides services to a locally managed, independent health system
• Practice in a 4-year-old, $30 million dollar, state-of-the-art medical clinic in a dedicated, private urology department
• Average 18-22 patients/day
• On-call by phone approximately 10 days/month; urology is backed up by general surgery when not available
• 1 to 1.5 surgical days/week, depending on volumes
• 3 to 3.5 clinic days/week, depending on provider preference
• Allscripts (Outpatient EMR)
• Paragon (Inpatient" Surgical EMR)

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed salary for first 2 years of employment with ability to earn above guarantee if provider exceeds production hours
