A health services company in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Physician, with a Family and/or Internal Medicine background, to join their team in Manhattan as their newSenior Attending Physician. In this role, theSenior Attending Physician (FM / IM) will be responsible for conducting annual wellness exams for clients.

Responsibilities

TheSenior Attending Physician (FM / IM) will be responsible for:

• Reviewing medical histories, test results, and perform general health evaluations
• Performing patienttesting, including audiometry, vision screening, spirometry, electrocardiogram, cardiac stress tests, and laboratory results
• Assisting withfurther testing, patient follow-up, charting and reporting
• Examining client employment candidates for appropriate fitness, including pre-employment exams
• Making appropriate dispositions regarding the patient meeting employment requirements
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in a Medical Practice and/or similar setting
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York
• Board Eligible
• Experience treating C-Suite level and other corporate professionals as patients

Desired Skills:

• Board certification in Internal Medicine and/or a Primary Care specialty
• Medical Review Officer certification
• Knowledge of Cardiovascular Risk, Lipid Management, Obesity, Stress Management and Lifestyle issues
• Computer savvy
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)
• Microsoft Office proficient
