Practice Highlights

• Roughly Ten 24-hour shifts per month (12 hrs in-house" 12 hrs of backup call from home)
• 6-bed Level II NICU and 5-bed Pediatric unit
• A dedicated inpatient team of 4 Pediatricians and 2 Pediatric Nurse Practitioners

Recruitment Package

• Shift-based compensation with quality metric bonuses
• $80,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance
