Details For this Opportunity:
-Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic
-Four 10-hour days per week
-Average 12-16 patients per day
- 1:1 Clinical Support Staff
-Team shared phone call for established patients only
-Fulltime, permanent
-EPIC EMR
-Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
