About the Position:

Schedule Details:

• Enjoy a balanced 4-day work week with traditional primary care hours
• No weekend or inpatient rounding is required, contributing to a sought-after work-life balance
• 8 clinical hours and 2 admin hours daily, providing you time for both patient care and administrative tasks

Practice Setting:

• FQHC - Work in a supportive Community Health Center environment
• The clinic also hosts an on-site behavioral department staffed by seven providers
• On-site labs, imaging, pharmacy services, and a phone call-only call schedule minimize interruptions outside of office hours
  • Physicians see approximately 20 patients per day with staff support
  • Benefit from a 1:1 ratio of medical assistants to physicians

Compensation & Benefits:

• Receive a guaranteed base salary of $225,000 with additional earning potential
  • Production bonuses and a 2-year guaranteed contract provided
