We seek a full-time Family Practice Physician with an OB to join our award-winning Hospital. We provide comprehensive healthcare services, including acute care, swing beds, diagnostics, prevention, and emergency care, to the communities we serve.

Practice Setting:

• Traditional family practice scope with comprehensive care from birth to death
• Outpatient clinic with an average of 12-16 patients per day
• Supportive staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers
  • EPIC EMR system with integration to Gundersen Health System

Schedule:

• Four-day workweek with a consistent schedule and likely a mid-week day off
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Dedicated patient care conference time - build the practice how you want!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary of $350,000 with earning potential of $400,000
• $60,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance
