About the Opportunity

• Reason for opening: Pending retirement + growth
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Four 10-hour days per week
• Average 14-16 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
• Fulltime, Permanent
• Epic EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

Total compensation opportunity (600k+) that includes the following:

• Quality incentives up to $161k
• RVU bonus is based on an annual threshold.
• Commencement bonus of $40,000
• $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
• Student loan repayment
• Full benefits, including a 401k match.
