Join a hospital-employed surgery practice consisting of 3 full-time general surgeons and 1 part-time surgeon in South Texas.

Opportunity

Average of 15 patients in the clinic daily (Approximately 25 referring physicians)
Average of 3-5 cases in OR
No other competition in the area
Covers In-Patient, Out-Patient, and call
Work out of one clinic located in the hospital
Clinic hours: 8 am - 5 pm Monday-Thursday and 8 am -12 pm Friday
Surgery Blocks: Monday-Thursday 8:00-12:30 and every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month 8:00-12:30
Typical cases: gall bladders, breast biopsies, scopes, endoscopies (due to lack of GI in the area), laparoscopic, advanced laparoscopic, vascular, appendectomies, colonoscopies, esophagogastroduodenoscopy, and hernia repairs

Compensation

Excellent compensation with Quality bonus (10% of base salary)" Productivity bonus paid quarterly

CME days: 5
CME compensation: $5,000
Relocation compensation: $10,000
