-Job Setting/ Type of Cases: 28,800 annual volume, Not a trauma Designation
-Board Certified Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, Certifications: ACLS
-Licensure:Active Ohio license required
-Credentialing:90-120 days
