Practice Details

• Clinical Schedule: 80-100% clinical, requiring 30 clinical hours per week across three 12-hour shifts.
• Emergency Department: A single-provider coverage model, featuring 24 active ER beds and outstanding specialty support.
• Average of 2.5 patients per hour.
• EMR: Cerner

Medical Director Role

In addition to clinical duties, the Medical Director will oversee the emergency department, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient safety are maintained.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $190/hour for day shifts, $200/hour for night shifts.
• Director Stipend: $30,000
• Quality Incentive: Up to $10 per hour
• Additional Benefits: Sign-on and relocation assistance, employed W2 with malpractice coverage and tail guarantee, 401K.

Candidate Parameters

• Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE)
• MD or DO
• Must be EM trained
• Must have had ATLS at some point
